Workflow
- 1Scan the page that lists the PDFs. Raise “Depth” to include linked pages inside the starting page’s folder.
- 2Set the order: PDFs are merged in the order shown in the list. With no filter or column sort active, drag rows to rearrange them, or click a column header such as “Title” to sort.
- 3Tick the PDFs to merge — at least 2. Free merges up to 10 per merge; other selected file types are left out of the merged PDF.
- 4Open “More actions”, type a name in “Save as” next to “Merge PDFs” if you like (blank = page name and date), then press “Merge PDFs”.
- 5Check the result: password-protected, unreadable or non-PDF responses are skipped and listed with the reason.
FAQ
Is this an online PDF merge service?
No. The merge runs in the browser. Files are not uploaded to Grab All Files servers.
Can I control merge order?
Yes. PDFs are merged in the order they appear in the list. Drag rows to rearrange them — dragging is off while a filter or column sort is active, and “Restore manual order” brings your arrangement back — or sort by a column.
Can I download the original PDFs too?
Yes. You can save originals, build a ZIP, and merge selected PDFs.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
Free merges up to 10 selected PDFs per merge — the same 10-file limit as downloads. Merge the first group, then tick the next PDFs and merge them separately. Pro ($19.99 one-time, up to 3 devices) has no per-merge cap. Every merge needs at least 2 PDFs.
Why were some PDFs left out of the merge?
Password-protected or damaged PDFs, and links that return a sign-in or error page instead of a PDF (for example after a session expired), are skipped and listed with the reason. Sign in again and retry. Above about 200 MB in total the browser may slow down, so merge large sets in smaller groups.
