Workflow
- 1Sign in to the portal as usual and open the page with the files you are allowed to access.
- 2Click the Grab All Files icon and press “Scan”. Raise “Depth” to include linked pages inside the starting page’s folder; those pages open with your current sign-in.
- 3Filter and tick the files you need, then press “Save selected files” or use “More actions” for ZIP, “Merge PDFs” or “Export File Info CSV”. Free saves up to 10 files per download.
- 4For the next batch, select the next files and press “Save selected files” again. Rows marked “Login required to access this file” mean the session ended: sign in again and retry them.
FAQ
Does it collect passwords?
No. It uses the browser session you already have and does not collect credentials.
Can it bypass access controls?
No. It only works on pages and files your browser is already authorized to access.
Is it suitable for confidential files?
Files download directly from the portal to your device, not through our servers, and scanning runs inside your browser. Review your organization's rules before using any download automation.
How many files can I download for free?
Free saves up to 10 selected files per download, ZIP or merge. Select the next files and press “Save selected files” again to continue. Pro ($19.99 one-time, up to 3 devices) removes the per-download limit.
My session expired during a scan. What now?
Sign in again in the same browser, then rescan or retry the failed rows. If saved files turn out to be sign-in pages, the session had already ended. On portals that sign you out easily, turn on “Session-safe mode” in “Scan options”; it skips the follow-up checks (size, date, type) that could end the session.
Files sit behind buttons or viewers. Can it get them?
Often. It detects files in viewers, iframes and background requests. When downloads are started by the portal’s own JavaScript, “Active Capture” lets the page start each download so the files can still be saved together.
