#### 2. Handling a repair report

Riders report problems from the app or at the station. Every report gets a number.

##### Steps

1. Open the report and read the description.
2. Find the bike by its number on the dock.
3. If it is unsafe, lock it and mark it “Out of service”.
4. Write what you did in the report and close it.

##### Priority

| Problem | Priority | Reply within |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Brakes | High | 1 hour |
| Flat tyre | Medium | Same day |
| Bell, basket | Low | 3 days |
